Had a very interesting 121 with Judith Chadwick yesterday at the Mini Meadows farm cafe.

What is a 121?

A 121 is a business meeting over tea / coffee where you get to know more about the other persons business (and them as a person). It's all about building that "Know, Like, and Trust" factor.

I try to fit in at least two 121's a month.
